A lot of Talk from Nintendo this week.

8:21 pm - 04/13/2012

Of all the games we heard news of, Super Mario 4 is easily the one we know the least about - after all, its existence hasn't even been confirmed by the Big N yet. If it's real - and since filing a domain for a sequel to a 24 year old game seems a little random otherwise, it's probably a good bet that it is - what could Super Mario 4 be? Could it be that new 2D Mario for 3DS company president Satoru Iwata mentioned at the last Nintendo investors meeting? Or something else entirely?

"I think the answer would be the same if we're talking about just porting..." "but I think I'd be even more interested in creating something new maybe based on, or starting from, A Link To The Past. I think it's important to bring some really new software." - Shigeru Miyamoto

The interview also hinted at a possibility for an F-Zero on the Wii-U

The mysterious collaboration between Sega, Namco Bandai and Capcom has been revealed on the pages of Famitsu this week. As many speculated based off recent trademark filings, the 3DS game is titled Project X Zone (pronounced Project Cross Zone).
Project X Zone is a strategy RPG featuring characters from the three makers. The characters, in general, team up in pairs for fighting scenes.

Can't say no to more Mario, F-Zero, Zelda, or a cross-over RPG. Still bummed that Namco x Capcom never made it out of Japan.
